CAN DSG Controller is a controller that provides support and communication between the standard DSG mechatronics and any engine control unit. With the help of CAN DSG Controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller), you can install the DQ250 gearbox in any car, with any ECU or even without it. This does not require intervention in the standard DSG control program, developed and tested by experienced engineers, which means that all gear shift functions, shift time adaptations, clutch operation algorithms, protection and safety functions, as well as much more, will work normally. However, in some cases, it will be necessary to replace the mechatronics calibrations to set up the optimal shift points for your engine/config.
Attention
This controller is suitable for any DSG DQ250 platform PQ (2003-2014). Gearboxes from the MQB platform are not supported. Testing with the DQ500 gearbox was not performed.
Important
The full-fledged operation of the controller is implemented on sports ECU/Software. This is due to the fact that it is necessary to reset the engine torque when shifting. For this purpose, a special output shift-assist is implemented in the controller. Operation without this output somewhat stretches the moment of gear shifting.
